Sign up and create your profile
Begin by creating an account and completing your host profile. This will be the first thing potential
guests see, so make sure to add a professional photo, detailed bio, and any relevant hosting
experience.
Submit your property details
Once your profile is set up, click on the “List Property” button to start entering the details of your
property. You’ll need to include:
• A description of the property
• High-quality photos
• Amenities offered
• Pricing and availability
Property vetting process
At MidStay, we’re committed to ensuring that all properties meet our quality and safety standards.
As part of the listing process, your property will go through a vetting process:
• Quality check: Our team will review your property’s photos and description to ensure they
accurately reflect the space.
• Property verification: Depending on your location, we may conduct an in-person visit or a virtual video tour to verify that your property meets MidStay’s standards.
• Approval notification: Once your property passes the vetting process, you’ll receive an
approval notification, and your listing will go live on MidStay’s platform.
Set pricing and availability
After your property has been approved, you’ll be able to set your pricing strategy and update your calendar. Take advantage of MidStay’s pricing tools and iCalendar sync feature to avoid double bookings and maximise your earnings.
Go live and start hosting
With your property live on the platform, guests can now view and book it. You’ll receive
notifications for every inquiry and booking request, allowing you to manage your bookings through
the MidStay dashboard.
